Vent Fans provide positive pressure ventilation (where heat is not required) to equipment or storage vaults, pumping stations, and other confined spaces where a safer, dryer, less corrosive environment is desired for equipment and operator safety.


VO3 Vent Fan
  • Fire retardant fiberglass body with 4 inlet louvers to be mounted on a flat surface or flanged pipe
  • Internal blower capacity of 240 CFM @ 0 in Static Pressure Water Column
  • Variable speed brushless DC Blower C/W Power Supply/Speed Control
  • Adjustable speed control for both the idle and high set speed settings
  • Will run continuous at a preset idle speed.
  • CSA Certified for Class 1, Div. 2, Group C & D locations, CSA enclosure Type 3

VO3 -1 Vent Fan
  • Fire retardant fiberglass body with 4 inlet louvers to be mounted on a flat surface or flanged pipe
  • Internal blower capacity of 260 CFM @ 0 in Static Pressure Water Column
  • AC Blower
  • No speed control
  • CSA Certified for Ordinary Locations, CSA Enclosure Type 3

VO4 -1 Vent Fan
  • Fire retardant fiberglass body with 7 inlet louvers to be mounted on a flat surface or flanged pipe
  • Internal blower capacity of 340 CFM @ 0 in Static Pressure Water Column
  • AC Blower
  • No speed control
  • CSA Certified for Ordinary Locations, CSA Enclosure Type 3

IMPORTANT:

All Vent Fans listed below are CSA approved for Ordinary Location or for Class 1, Div. 2, Group C & D Locations, CSA Enclosure Type 3. CSA Certification for Ordinary Location is identified by a -1 at the end of the model number. If a -1 is not present the unit will be CSA Certified for Class 1 Div.2 Locations.

Examples:
WVOD_-1 would be for an ordinary location.
WVOD would be for a Class 1, Div.2 location.

WVOD Series
  • Rugged 5052 Aluminum body for indoor wall mounting with an outdoor mounted air inlet hood, C/W bird screen with a 12 inch duct for mounting through the wall
  • 100 - 3000 CFM with single blowers
  • 100 - 6000 CFM with double blowers
  • " Variable speed brushless DC blower C/W Status Indicator/Controller and cable

MDV Series
  • Rugged 5052 Aluminum body for outdoor stand alone applications with louvers, C/W bird screen on all four sides and a 6 inch diameter flat bottom discharge with gasket supplied
  • 80 - 300 CFM
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower C/W Status Indicator/Controller and cable

MDVIL Series
  • Rugged 5052 Aluminum body for indoor - in-line or wall mount applications with a 6 inch protruding collar that can be top inlet or side through the wall inlet, C/W outdoor inlet hood and bird screen with a 12 inch duct for mounting through the wall
  • 80- 300 CFM
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower C/W Status Indicator/Controller and cable

SMVOD Series
  • Rugged 5052 Aluminum body for outdoor - stand alone applications with louvers on one side and a flat bottom discharge with gasket supplied. Discharge dimensions vary with capacity
  • 100 - 3000 CFM with single blowers
  • 100 - 6000 CFM with double blowers
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower(s) C/W Status Indicator/Controller and cable

IMVOD Series
  • Rugged 5052 Aluminum body for indoor in-line mount typically with rectangular inlet and discharge collar for ducting
  • 100 - 3000 CFM with single blowers
  • 100 - 6000 CFM with double blowers
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower(s), C/W Status Indicator/Controller and cable

WMVOD Series
  • Rugged 5052 Aluminum body for indoor wall mount with separate outdoor louvers section, C/W bird screen
  • 100 - 3000 CFM with single blowers
  • 100 - 6000 CFM with double blowers
  • Variable speed brushless DC blower(s), C/W Status Indicator/Controller and cable

PLEASE NOTE: Vent Fans are suitable for stations not requiring preheated air. It is not Dexon's responsibility to determine if preheated air is required. Dexon will not be liable for any personal injuries, equipment or property damage caused by inappropriate installation and operations

WARNING: If not run continuously Vent Fans may freeze up with frost due to moisture in a wet well when used in cold weather. We therefore recommend that all Vent Fans run continuous to prevent frost build up and also to prevent premature rusting. Failure to do so may void Warranty.
